Hello I visited this dishwasher yesterday and cant work out why its not heating. I have checked the heater (26ohms) and the levels seem fine. Have cleared the hose of which were not blocked. I have taken of the heater switch and have continuity. There is no voltage on the heater either. I have checked that the lever in between the heater is moving and it is hard to push when there is water in and easy when not. I don’t know what to do next. could it be the pcb or could it be a sensor. PLEASE HELP ASAP>

    Kind Regards

You’ll probably find a dry/burnt out joint on the PCB

A physical inspection of the heater relay on the PCB is the only sure way of knowing. As you know the heater operates via a water flow switch so it is essential that a good strong flow of water is circulating through the heater for it to operate. 😉
