    Went to a Samsung SR44RMB F/F today – customer says was working o.k. b/4 she moved it to clean behind it. Now when it reaches temp it switches off but does not restart. If u unplug it then plug it in again it will run until it reaches temp then stays off again – any ideas guys

    Hi franz

    it’ll be the defrost heater or thermal fuse.
