    If you were going to buy a Retro cream fridge, which would you go for ….Smeg, Baumatic or LEC?

    Anyone got any experience of these?

    I don’t think of Smeg or Baumatic as being particularly high quality but they’re good looking fridges … don’t know anything about LEC.

    I’d be grateful for any opinions.

    Of the three mentioned, the Smeg every time.

    I wouldn’t buy any retro one personally as I don’t think that any of them are particularly well made, but if I had to, it’d be the Smeg.

    I appreciate that there are much better quality fridges … but they just don’t have that same look about them!

    Hi Majjie

    Another option could be the Gorenje retro. Not bad stuff and will have a two year warranty as well.

    Smeg/Gorenje, Gorenje/Smeg 😕
    Gorenje make the Smeg FAB range 😉

    I hadn’t even noticed the Gorenje ones – and you’re right they’re cheaper.
