Not seen many of these yet, only 18 months old.
Complaining of poor spin. Pump & hoses clear, set to spin and after about 90 seconds the motor kicked off and went into distribute & spin perfectly.
I have advised customer re OOB, but she wasn’t convinced.
I did cancel by switching OFF, then reset to spin a few times. On one instance it started to drain, distribute then ramp up to spin within a few seconds, another time it drained, reverse tumbled for a minute then the motor stopped for over a minute before starting to distribute & spin.
Has this machine any history of intermittent spin problems?
