    When I put a tablet in the machine and start it the door fails to open and the tablet is only partially dissolved and the dishes half washed. If I start the machine with the door open the dishes are washed OK. Has anyone any idea
    why this is so.

    Is the dispenser door still clipped shut at the end of the cycle?

    Yes the door is still clipped shut.

    Solenoid failure on the dispenser – new assembly required.

    Many thanx I’ll have to talk to the petticoat govt. If we need a spare part I’ll be in touch.
