    AEG integrated D/W S43070VI

    Funny fault:
No lights flash. D/W goes through complete program , but customer complaining it’s not drying at end of cycle. (possible not washing properly as well poss no heat) is there any way this machine would complete the cycle if the heater, state etc were open circuit ??

    Any ideas

    Thanks

yes these have a barrel heater. it will stil go through the cycle but with no heat. also check the pcb if it is a zanussi build.

What’s the pnc number because that model number is not recognised on TDS off line?
I agree with dna above probably pcb – may just be dry joint?

    AEG S5464708 Type EF228 EHP ANC 111 59 41-06 SW DNA24_FR/DMA24_MR

Yes this is a Zanussi M/C had a look at the PCB no visable blown tracks or components !!

I have not tested heater/stats yet but if they were O/C would the DW just stop mid programme??

    Thanks again .

Well if it meters okay – let the badboy run for a bit on hot program…see if it gets hot. 😉 If it does – maybe she just needs to be introduced to the joys of rinse aid? Those 3-in-1 tablets can give poor wash results.

Looking forward to hearing how you get on with this.
