    Hi,

    I have just had a brand new integral ikea bought Whirlpool DWH B10 installed. I have adjusted the height of the top tray, loaded up with dirty dishes and then tried to switch it on.

    Nothing happens except a beep beep beep sound from it.

    It is level and connected to the cold water pipe.

    What could be the problem?

    Also any idea where I could find a manual actually telling me how to use it – all I received were the installation guide and a very basic how to use guide that didnt mention how to set the programmes?

    Thanks for any help you can give.

    I tried that but no matter what i enter it does not find the manual

    I have tried:

    DWHB10
    DWH B10
    and the product code
    the serial code
    both together:
    854241001829
    380707014334
    854241001829380707014334

    and nothing works – arghhhh! 😥

    You’ll have to contact IKEA – it’s their appliance, not Whirlpools’.
