Strange one this,Called out because it had been tripping when they turned the oven off ,Found the fan element o/c replaced all okay ,however cust complained that it still Tripped when she turned it off ,went back changed commutator ,now she says it trips unless she lets the oven cool right down before turning the selector to off .Any thoughts .

Hi, a bugger is this one 👿 👿 Try megering out all components when oven has been on for a while :rolls: Phone customer when you know you are on your way so she can put oven on so its hot when you get there. The only bugger here is getting it out whilst hot 😕 😕

Try the oven fan motor, its the only other thing I have had that makes them trip out.

I have given this some thought 😳 there may be a fault on the tantegial fan or the stat that operates this fan. It is strange this problem occures when cooling fan is in operation but when its stopped its OK. megger test these items out.
Keepan eye open for a pm from me.
