Started off by replacing brush set to cure e30 but still no go checked motor continuity ok looked for fuse but cant find one did they fit one to protect module or not.Physical check on power looks ok but its probably blown the motor component bit,what do we think
One brush had completely gone so i am thinking it flashed offf the spring

Have a close look at the five triacs on the left hand edge of the control module, a motor short often takes one of those out. They did fit an inline fuse on late WD models, not seen one one a WM model though.
