Can anyone identify an error code on our CDA CW492 dishwasher. The LED flashes 3 times, and the heater element does not appear to be working either washing or drying. Everything else appears to be working fine.

Yes, that error code does mean it’s not heating. So…the problem could be the heater, the control pcb, the NTC (kind of thermostat) or the wiring between them.
The only way to identify which is to get a meter in there. Plug out if having a go yourself :zap:
Alternatively, if you feel it’s beyond you then try the link below for a local engineer?
