    Hi,

    My 5 yr old Samsung fridge freezer has started continually running on the “Super” or fast freeze setting. I have switched it off for up to 6 hours, but within a few minutes of switch on it reverts to the “Super” mode and starts beeping. Both the fridge and the freezer parts seem to be still working OK though. Any idea of the problem / if this is likely to be cost effective to repair?

    Hi

    The door has probably dropped causing the fridge to think that the door is open.

    Take the fridge door off and add a couple of washers onto the upper pin of the middle hinge and then replace the door.
