hotpoint bf162 right green light flashing

Hi all, my hotpoint bf162 dishwasher starts OK but skips to the last right (final cycle) green light which is flashing. It does not get hot, could this fault be the heater as others state that two lights flash when its the heater. What does the 4th far right light indicate…..many thanks

Light 4 flashing is a no heat fault, could be heater or control PCB, both common weak points.
