    Is there anyway of changing the drum bearings on this machine, the two drum halfs are pressed together not bolted, or do you have to buy a complete new drum assembley? 😈

    Is this yet another write-off from Merloni????

    yup, full tub only im afraid!!!!
    not serviceable in any way

    still, they aint badly priced

    Its under five year parts guarantee, send them back to Hotpoint.

    Well, new drum assy is £139.50 list price ex vat. 😯 I personally could not charge a customer over £200.00 for something I know they would only have to pay £90.00 for. 😉

    There is another way buy a new machine £169 +vat trade remove container for your job charge £100 you are then left with motor/module /ect for stock do the maths it is possible if you can use all the spare parts your left with food for thought

    or change the tub and get hotpoint out to put a new tub in the new one under warranty?
