    Went to this earlier in the week, had broken two paddles, so i replaced them, cleared the sump and replaced the brushes as they were worn. Tested it all fine. Got a call back customer saying it is not draining at the end of the wash

    Went back everything still clear all pipes, removed the flap etc… Wet tested working ok, rang back in the afternoon and they said it still was not draining fully at the end of the wash.

    Ive ordered a new sump kit but anyone come across this before?

    I would replace the pump and remove the eco ball also is it connected to a sink sprigot?.

    no it is fitted too a syphon. You mean the ball in the sump?

    yes remove the eco ball in the sump hose, the ball can stick.
