    The fabric softener compartment is always full after a wash. It appears as though this doesn’t go into the machine during the cycle. I have tried to clean it with water, but not sure why this is happening. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    You need to remove the drawer fully and strip out the syphon cap. The cap and tube will both need thoroughly cleaning.

    When I pull out the drawer it has a small blue square thing that can be removed and cleaned. Is there anything else?
