    Hi,

I have a Diplomat ADP8332 which has been working fine for 2 or 3 years now. I have just returned from holiday and it now appears to go through the cycle but doesn’t clean the dishes. I have opened the door at various points and it is clear that the water arms are not turning. However, they do turn sometimes and I can hear the distinctive sound. On completion of the cycle, the inside has drained but is still wet and dishes not clean.

Any ideas on what I can do?

    Thanks
    Daryl

Is there no water being circulated at all?

Yes there is water in the dishwater. It seems as though the water is comming from the spray arms but it seems as though these are just not spinning as much as they should. I put an upright bowl in to see how much water it catched but this was very little when I opened the door halfway through the cycle. You can hear when the arms are spinning correctly but this just doesn’t seem to be happening.

Underfilling perhaps. This might be worth a read:

Thanks for the info. It does look very similar so I’ll try it later and let you know.

    Many Thanks,

    Daryl
