hotpoint fridges freezer FFA74 Freezer fan motor not working

Hi,
any body can help me in my fridge,fan motor is not working and also the diverter valve,i check green and red thermistor it looks alright because i check the resistance ,when i heat it the value goes down,except the blue one i dont know the location is it behind the cavity?Can i direct the supply of diverter (220 volts)?Yesterday the fan is working but for i few second only i think because i heated the thern=mistor,i heard click whe the fan stop.Please could you explain it to me.Thanks even just i few explanation.
