We have always recommended sebo, henry and panasonics as a good vacuum for our customers, but just recently, the quality on the panasonics doesn’t seem to be what they used to. we have sold the panasonics for 15 years and never had many problems at all, but now we are experiencing a few problems with both uprights and cylinders, and the after service with panasonic seems to be very poor. we like to sell bagged cleaners as we think they are more reliable, and was just wondering what other vacuums you would recommend?

    Hi bzz

I would say the Karcher, Nilfisk and Miele cleaners take some beating. I`m a Henry fan myself

sebo, sebo and sebo, customers don’t have much choice when they visit our workshop.I sometimes wonder if i shot my self in the foot by not offering other makes but i just don’t need the grief by selling this chinese tat.

Numatic Henrys, Panasonic cylinders and uprights, Vax Uprights, can’t say we have noticed any problems with panasonic we sell a fair few and have not had any failures as yet.

The only failures of any note on the Panasonics has been on the MCE3011 whereby the motors overheat. Apart from that I can`t recall any other major problems on any of the others. maybe I`ve been lucky 😀
