    Hi All,

I have moved into a house that had a brand new unused Diplomat ADP 3300 oven. After 3 months of ‘normal’ use, it has developed a fault.

Have read some other post’s, but fault is not exactly the same as mine.

The grill works, but other functions (including light) do not. The temp. control orange light does not come on, except when temp. is set very low (20 – 30 deg).

Any help is appreciated. It seems as though this make and model has very poor reliability, is thisn a fair assumption?

    Thanks.

If its still under warranty get an engineer out to have a look at it from MFI/Howdens

Re: Diplomat ADP 3300 Oven Fault – UPDATED

If I had the receipt, I could use the warranty.

I have now learned the grill does not work either, and the orange light for the thermostat does not come on at any temp.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks.

    Also to mention:

    1) The digital display is working, time is set and in manual mode.

    2) The fan is not rotating on any of the settings.

    Thanks,

MFI/Howdens will be able to tell you the date of purchase from their records if asked.
