This fault only seems to occur on the A 60 59min wash & not the A 40 30min wash. M/c fills heats to temp washes then empties then it goes from the 60 min indiactor & on to the 30min indicator ,pump continues to run then the m/c stops & the pre-wash button/light flashes about every 15 secs. Customer has to turn m/c off wait then restart on another prog to finish ! According to the customer it only stops just as the 30min indicator lights up. Please help as its doing my head in. S/n 3100060504381795.

Surely somebody must have a clue on this,obviously the flashing pre-wash button must be some kind of fault code,any ideas please…

There are some nextra fault codes in the fault book. I assume they must be in the known fault codes.
Have you been to the machine yet?
Sounds to me like a intermittant pump or fill problem. Check the heater as well. The customer may be linking it to the 59 minute wash when there is no reason to. (just trying to help you in your diagnosis) 😉

It surely is, in fact you’ll find that the ‘Start’ and ‘Prewash’ LED’s flash together in that 15 second repeating sequence. So for example error code 1 = 1 second flash 14 seconds off. Error code 2 = 2 flashes 13 seconds off etc.
Just count them flashes….. 😉

Well folks I finally got back to this machine [customer on shift work & hols],went through first part of wash[heat/wash] then emptied for like 5mins then stopped & flashed 3 times which means “drain time out”! Pump ,pressure bottle,sump,drain hose & pressure pipe all ok,so me thinks pressure switch? Seems odd that it only happens on the 60c 59min wash,if it is the pressure switch anybody have a part #? If anybody has any other idea please let me know!
