    im getting e15 error so i changed pump and drain hose and checked the sump all should be ok i thought.no still getting same error,can it be the pressure switch or faulty board?plz help ❓

    could be pressure switch.. when u cleaned the sump, did u stick your fingers up the hole to make sure theres nothing there?

    does it drain ok?, how does it look when u watch it empty?

    Low insulation on heater can cause this fault. rare but does happen.

    Unplug machine before investigating.

    the pump is ok after reading more posts on the site i will check the heater hopfully that will solve the problem.i think ive been down every other road…thanks for your help

    dont seem to be a problem with the pump its pumping out no problem

    timdowning is correct, E15 is often caused by a heater earth fault. It can be caused by the drum catching on the heater and wearing through the element outer casing.

    Drum support or bearing failure can cause this, is the machine noisy on spin when fully loaded?

    If you do remove the heating element and it does show signs of damage about two inches in from the front then you have almost certainly got a drum support/bearing problem.
