    Hotpoint Ultima CTD 7KG dryer spares.Display Flashes on and off. Have removed display/circuit borad.
    How much for a new circuit board/display?

    Sticker has these numbers on.
    16200093201 05016
    Ultima Dryer .FT
    ID Nr. 506752

    Another sticker has 183-00138-1

    PCB is 1703286. To do the job properly, you will need the eeprom as well, this is date code dependent, so I’ll need that too.

    This is a Hotpoint appliance, BTW. Would you mind just outlining what the actual problem is? The PCB is not particularly cheap – I’d hate for you to waste your money, as these boards are non-returnable under any circumstances.

    i think, from what i read, your actually after the display pcb?

    is it because the blue lights are just flickering?

    as penguin says, u need to be more specific

    Sorry been away,
    LED/LCD Display on front flashes on and off.
    I have bought a new dryer already, But was hoping maybe able to save this dryer. If too expensive then i will not fix it. Thks,

    Yes this is what is happening, When dryer is on/running the blue lights flicker on/off so you can not see display! Is this repairable?

    Ok Thanks i will do,
    ALSO since the dryer was a week old i have had an awful scratching noise, But only when heavy items put in, eg, 7.5tog quilt, Any idea what would cause this unbearable noise????
    Engineer came out and removed a flat washer from back of dryer without going inside dryer, And told us not to put anything too heavy in dryer.

    It depends on age but the inner drum was altered a while back, the rear profile of the drum was rounded off to prevent the drum fouling on the back panel.

    New drum to cure. 😥
