Problem with P & K smartdrive 703

Here is my problem:

Recently, the washing machine hasn’t been finishing it’s cycle but stops right before the final spin. It acted like it was out of balance, so I adjusted the load and hit advance. This worked for a while…

However, now it won’t work at all. When the power is turned on it starts at the rinse cycle and makes a noise but won’t start.

I have got the following diagnostics but don’t know what they mean. I called the P & K help line and all they would say is that it is an electronic fault.

(Zero means off and one means LED lit)

Really appreciate any help. If there is a diagnostics manual out there somewhere, I would appreciate a copy.
