Trying to get hold of baumatic for some time despite several emails which they have ignored and hanging on the phone for ages they are a night mare to get hold off.
All I need is the plastic transer tube and nut possibly a new circlip from the circulation motor to the top basket. I Think part is number 672030090014.
As this is one of the chinese machines does anyone know if this part is the same as the ones on the likes of kenwood,haier etc.
Do you know of alternative source.
