customer reports and has evidence of black marks on clothes after being in dryer. no evidence in drum to cause marks which were dry not oily on clothes. some wear on the carbon square bearing with the usual carbon powder in the cover…suggested that maybe the marks came from the washing machine but this was denied…any sugestions!
