ModeratorI have a call in the morning, ISE5 on a 1+5 contract, installed August 2006.
Symptoms a bit vague, noises, sticking, cannot set programme etc.
I realise I can set my own labour charge for this customer but do I need a job sheet in case spares are required, or at least to help build up the faults database?

So, do I need a job sheet for this call?

Ring David on the ISE number and he’ll issue you with a job number, then email you a sheet.

I thought David was away this week, that is the reason I posted here instead of ringing. I have had many job sheets for in g/tee work, just wondered about the procedure for ISE5’s on 1+5 .
This one is 14 months old and the motor brushes have gone already. 😥
Opened my box of van stock and to my surprise, no brushes. I will have to split the holders and find something to fit.

KeymasterI’ll send you a set in the morning Jim, sorry I just picked up on this.
They’re Hoover/Candy ones…. 9791667000 😉
Job sheet, yes for the spares claimback but if you mail me the details I’ll fill it out for you.

So they are, my car was in for service today so I didn’t have all of my stock with me. I split the holders and used the innards of some gen Indesit ones.
Already sent message to ISE HQ with customer details.

Just done a set on my very first ISE sold.
Worth noting that the machine showed error 101 (F5 – pump), so presumambly doubles for armature out of circuit as well.

Well shocker, ISE generates income. 😉
I don’t know about the error code Chris, Del might know and if not I’m sure it’s not beyond us to find out.
