DW009 problem

i have a fully intergrated dishwasher model DW009, the problem i have is that the error code e4 will not disapeer and the pump runs on this error for approx 2mins and even tho i have carried out fault finding from manual i have not solved the problem.
thro a friend i was told to take the lower black panels off which i did and to my find was water laying in both tray looking in with a torch i can see there are wires and mechanical parts in the water. where do i go from here or is it best to get an engineer.
any help would be most appreciative 😕
