Ordered two ISE 5s the other week one of them being sold in advance, Highway now doing the drops to us, they arrive at 8.30 in the morning to our shop which does not open until 9.00am, they stick a not at home card in the letterbox and off they trot.
Today Guess what ? having ordered two more ISE 5s again one more or less sold pending the customer looking at it, Highway arrive at 7.40am !
Shop not open until 9.00am. Off they trot with the machines again.OK I know that I have spoken with both Ken and David about this subject and that the Highway Delivery sheets have our opening times but christ can;t these drivers follow simple instructions ???
On both occassions we have had to fob our customers off which I don;t like doing but we need to nail this one down, I mean how simple is it ?
I feel a little better now, perhaps I’ll have a drink Ken 😆

Well, to be fair… 😆
Some of it is my fault or at least I’ll accept the blame as how was I to know I had to put opening times on the damned orders?!!
So, fair play, there’s probably some that lie at my door.
On the upside though, David is back tomorrow.
The downside, he’ll kill me for working the way I work. Allegedly nobody else understands it and he says I have an “engineer’s scrawl” which means, in short, that he can’t read my writing or understand the shorthand.
So, for anything that’s been b0llo0xed up by me, I apologise. And, I;ll get David to sort it ASAP. 😆

of course I am not laying blame at your door, Highway managed to get this wrong themselves the previous week even with David having provided the instructions ! What can I say?
My real concern is that we could loose business through it and that is against my religion even if am a Church of Scottish and Newcastle !

Very friendly and polite guys from Hi Way, seems they left Leeds at 1.00 AM this morning with about 15 drops IIRC then back to Leeds later on tonight.
