    hi folks

i have had the smeg just over a year and all has been fine. it recently stoped working half way through cycles and is currently displaying three dashes ( – – – )and not doing anything! is there a way of resenting the machine. i have cleaned the filter and inlet water filter but it still will not work.

    any help would be great.

    many thanks 😉

Three bars means that the door is open. Check door latch and switch mechanism for function.

Power off if you split the door.

There is a switch operated internally by the door latch mechanism – you’ll have to spilt the door to check.

Be very careful of the sharp edges and power off, of course.
