    I have had a call to look at this d/w it will not start , customer has tested fuse and power to socket can any one help as this is a finger touch and i have not seen one

    Finger Touch?……No, it’s a ‘menu driven control’…. you scroll through the programme options press start then close the door when the display tells you!…..Easy 😉

    So, I take it you haven’t even called to check it out then? 😕

    Is the display illuminating? Is the drain pump running all the time? What have you found so far?

    Then a close look at the Power Module is the first place to go. 😉

    remember power module pt no 493380 is on bottom at rht hand side
    hope it goes okay
