    anyone else having trouble with the bottle switch assy on these? poor design or what? hav’nt got a new switch in yet just bent the original back into place I can see no fault with the original and wondered if a new one might be just the same? seen two so far.

    had it few times whilst working for service force plastic seems to warp with heat white knight say no problem but ive fitted new assy and it warped after being used twice so dont know what to say overheating could be a cause

    Hi, the problem is caused by the gasket at the back of the blower fan at the bottom rear of the machine. W/K replaced the old type seal at back of fan for a gasket type affair which pops out or splits causing heat to escape up the back and warp the switch. If you replace the gasket with the old type seal and replace the switch it solves the problem.
