    Does anyone have a contact name in Baumatic admin. Have customer been keep waiting over 3 months. He has Baumatic insurance and is getting nowhere with them so he wants to send recorded letter but needs a name. Regards clayside

    Tho you may find that the insurance is with another company, ask customer to check documents for any other insurance type contacts re claiming repairs.

    Thanks silverbroom. Insurance is Baumatic’s own. Customer really needs a contact name to address registered letter to.

    These guys are a nightmare.

    I ordered a fridge door off them two years ago, 6 months later they were still promising me it would be ‘next week’.

    Customer was a solicitor and I gave him all the details including relevant order details even he gave up. After a total of 8 months I had to refund him his deposit and he scrapped the machine.

    Recently a colleague ordered an element off them. Only took 2.5 months despite them swearing it was in stock and ‘on the way’.
