    Tested oven- Thermostat shuts down at 140degs- no matter what temp is set to. I set stat at 200degs. tested with my multimeter temp prob ,and get 200 degs reading. changed stat same problem, found lower element shot.
    But cant understand why both stats shuts off at 140degs. ??
    any ideas please. John
