Hi all, Customer complaining that machine is cutting out a few minutes after soap disp opening. Aborts with all 5 prog lights illuminated with drying and salt light. Wouldn’t play up for me whilst testing. Have checked heating is ok , dispenser ok. Can’t find info this code. Am suspecting diverter valve or the pcb although there isn’t the usual signs of damaged to the board. Any help appreciated.

Got one of these doing something similar. Starts wash OK but pumps out after two or three mins and programme sequence lights advance to programme ended stage.
Checked htr ele OK, dispenser solenoid 1.15kohm, thermistor 14kohm @ 20C and drops fast when held on teacup.
    Not checked board yet.
Strange thing. Metered terminals on rinse-aid thing measured 2 to 8 ohms fluctuating. What’s that all about?

I’d be very suspicious of the dispenser….. Loads of posts about the trouble it causes.

Re-called on this one. Fault codes are different to the normal smegs. Any fault that occurs will illuminate all five prog lights and code is read on the phase lights. In my case eventually code displayed e8 light 4 (drying cycle) that pointed to water distribution. On checking the diverter valve under sump found the small micro switch o/c. Fitted replacement and bingo!!
