My Hotpoint Ultima WT940 7kg washing machine will not dispense/disperse any fabric conditioner that is put into it. It used to. I put it into the correct compartment but it’s still there at the end of a wash. The washing powder dispenses ok. I’ve cleaned the drawer out and have made sure that there are no blockages but still to no avail.

    Can anyone suggest anything. 🙁

Hotpoint have changed the design of the dispenser unit because of reasons like this? Maybe yours is an earlier model and needs modifying, especially if it’s a COLD FILL ONLY version?

What are the first two digits of the Serial number (to identify)? 😉

In that case phone Hotpoint and get it sorted under guarantee. 😉
