ParticipantIndesit dishwasher IDL500UK2
Machine fills for about 10 sec then it goes into fault mode, pump cuts in it keeps filling and second led from left flashing (of the 4 led’s on the left of the machine)
No leaks into base of machine quite dry, have tested heater ok, also thermostat has continuity through it.
I have looked in the fault code guide machine not listed, can anybody let me know what the fault code might be please.

I assume that is BIT100.1 (4led’s) PCB…
=>AL02=inlet valve solenoid broken 😆
This can be caused also by wires, turbine or PCB…

Test your heater, earth faults on the heater bring up valve fault code.

Got the wrong model number, should be IDL 500UK.2 No bit100 s/n 409212718
I am reposting this under the correct model number
Did test the heater no earth fault there.
Machine fills for about 10 sec then it goes into fault mode pump runs, but it still keeps filling.have tested float switch in base of machine micro switch ok, also pressure switch ok, wash motor capacitor ok, wash motor has continuity through it no broken wires that I could see. Had a look at the PCB in the facia could not see any dry joints or blown tracks
Is there any body that could tell me what that flashing led second from left fault might be?
Thanks

KeymasterBernie I ask you again: did you verify inlet solenoid valve?
Because any time the machine detects movement of the turbine for ten seconds with the fill solenoid off, a fault will be signalled (F02) and will stop all water fill processes and activates the drain pump…but also can be valve triac from PCB…December 6, 2007 at 8:48 am #235873Bernie

The machine starts straightaway as soon as it’s switched on, you do not have to touch the start button. The start/cancel button does not do anything.
The solenoid valve is working all the time, There is power to valve.
Machine fills for about 10 sec then it goes into fault mode pump runs, but it still keeps filling.
What do you mean by “turbine” is it the wash motor?
I think I have just answered my own question the solenoid valve has power to it all the time, solenoid valve triac on PCB?
Thanks
