    help please,after working ok on going to power up i press the on button and nothing lights up,checked fuse etc all ok,when removing plug and leaving for a while put plug in and switch wall switch all the front lights light up for a mili second then off,pushing on button does nothing,any ideas what this could be(cant seem to find any relays)i am pretty competant and would be able to replace components.

    itll need a new pcb, and an eprom as well

    but

    first id try taking off the front pcb and refitting it properly (sometimes they become dislodged and the buttons jam)

    PLUG OUT of course.. worth a try first off, if it doesnt work , it will need a main pcb and eprom

    done that still the same,how much is the board and eprom likely to cost.

    PCB c.£85, eeprom c.£20, plus VAT and P+P.

    Give it up and buy something decent. If you don’t believe me put ‘Indesit AND electronic’ into the Search facility for this forum only. Grim reading.
