……firstly no blockages anywhere and both pumps appear to be working.
However………the machine will empty when there is a light load, but with a heavy load the drain pump runs but no water drains!!

If I then lift the tub up slightly it will drain, equally if I simulate a heavy load i.e push down on top of tub it won’t drain.

It appears to be some kind of air lock maybe? ANY help would be great!
    Many thanks
    Andrew 😳

Had a similar problem with Hoover & it was a faulty pressure switch. Going into flood protection intermittently.
