    having problems with this machine, changed the tumble dryer fan/heater/stats. then toc went again…fitted new part…again it gone…also customer tells me the program dosent turn off,,also cant turn off with control switches…need to pull plug out of wall to stop. anyone else had this problem please. John

    Various heater boxes on this one,the one with the filter in the top of tub usually gives this problem,check it and the sump are clear,check water is running through flushing valve as well.
    Is the front pcb into the the retaining clips and are all the buttons functioning properly ie none stuck in.

    Generally if program not switching off, replace main pcb/eeprom
