Zan ZWD1480W just led’s on

Hi,
Sorry to bore you with 2 this week…

Have a Zan ZWD1480W (914601637/00). All it does is turn on about half of the display led’s in every prog pos. No door locked, nothing. The lights are not flashing so i assume it’s not a fault code.
Did not know how to put into test mode on road so checked main power pcb, all looks ok. There is no display on this model, the lights on are;
All 5 spin, 3 dry lights, delay start. There is a very slight whistle coming from the power pcb. Faulty power board?

Any advice welcome
