Having a problem with one of these
I have had to change the thermostat kit 3 times (all gen parts). I have checked all the usual things like filters, condensor, good aiflow etc. I have also advised customer not to stop machine in mid cycle etc (although she is not stupid and says she does mot do this)
Can any one help me on this ?
is there something I am missing/ dont know ?

By any chance has the stats been swopped over? I got caught by this one once , the customer had changed the stats himself and got them wrong way around and conveniently never told me 😕

Have you checked to see if the heater is switching off during the short, reverse tumble. Does the heater light come on as soon as you select a programme before pressing the start button. A sticking heater relay on the dryness module will cause this and subsequent stat failure in a very short time.

How about capacitor,had a few where motors are stalling after they have been on a few minutes.
