Hi have a CREDA 48301 which the cooling fan is not coming on. The cut outs are fine and the cooling fan reads ok ohms wise. There is pcb at the bottom which wires from the cut outs goes to. could it be this causing the fault. please advise asap. thank you

Not sure? I think you refer to what Creda call a ‘Timer Board’? So to my mind that would be the device that controls the cut off time to the cooling fan. The bad news is that it costs in excess of £120 to replace! 😯

It’s Part No: 6225120 by the way. 😉

The pcb that you have described isn’t the timer it self is it or is it the pcb down the bottom. Don’t know what else it could be apart from cut outs. i can only find two cut out of which one is open and one is closed. i have changed both and still have the same problem. never had this problem with a cooker before i thought they were control by thermal cut out or cut ins.

That’s precisely the PCB I described, its called a Timer Board at sits at the bottom of the back panel. 😉
