1st Under Gaurantee Repair

Or so I thought!!!
ISE 5 about one year old. Not starting and still has water in the drum. Select any programme, switch on and before pressing the start button, the ready light goes out as the door locks, but the machine does nothing. therefore unable to enter fault diagnostics or reset mode. I initially suspected a board fault but it turns out that the pump was jammed and each time the machine was switched on, it was trying to complete a reset, which it could not do because of the jammed pump! Cleared pump, switched on and machine automatically completed previously selected reset, and Bobs your uncle. Still waiting for 1st under guarantee repair. Hope this helps someone else who has a similar problem.
