HOTPOINT WF325 WASH/MACHINE THE PROBLEM IT SEEMS TO STICK IN THE WASH CYCLE, WASHING FOR HOURS THE MACHINE DOES NOT ADVANCE TO THE NEXT STAGE, I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THE WATER APPEARS TO BE COLD.
CAN ANYONE HELP ?

Failed heater doesn’t generate a fault code on these.
Power off, if investigating.

I WILL CHECK THE HEATER ELEMENT FOR CONTINUITY, IF THIS IS THE FAULT ARE THEY EASY TO FIT ?

HOTPOINT WF325 how do I gain access to replace the element
I just discovered the element on this machine is at the rear of the drum can anyone help how I go about getting access to the element as there doesnt seem to be a back panel looks like a sealed back panel ???, is this a complete drum removal thru the top of the machine to gain access to the element ????
any help much appreciated
