samsung b1445s

went to a samsung b1445s and when a program is selected it begins and fills then overfill no errors come up left to itself machine floods from the drawer.
brought it in and checked the pressure switch, there is no reading through any of the contacts and no click when i blow down it.
so does anyone know how a working switch should read through and how they work.
some sort of resistance i thought but nothing.
during the course of my examination though the switch did collapse i was barely touching it a pcb was in the top and cracked in half i assume it was like this because i dont think i applied enought pressure to crack it.
