Hi Ally, I had the same problem a few months ago. So did John Clarke. You can see our previous thread bellow http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … hlight=ron

    Reading errors is quit simply:
with machine “OFF” select any programm others then Spin or 90degrees cotton and keeping press “start/pause” button switch “ON” and keep pressed until “start”led is flashing… afterward leave button free and:
➡ For reading/deleting memorised error select spin program and press once button start… and will display H—-

After that if you keep pressed button “start” until display is “OFF” error will be erased from memory…switch “OFF” from main switch…
You have to repair damaged part which has generate problem…

➡ For accesing test program select 90degrees cotton and:
first press- all led are iluminated (flashing)
    2-nd- fill thru first valve
    3-th- fill thru second valve
    4-th- fill thru third valve
5-th- fill thru wash if there is hot valve (if not press again in order to go at next step)
6-th- heater activated (if level isn’t activated then all valves will open)
    7-th- motor action to right
    8-th- motor action to left
    9-th- pump
    10-th spin at maximum revolution
    11-th fill untill certain level
    12-th finish
