Hey hopefully somebody can help – I have searched the forums but still unsure the exact problem. Basically my mum went downstairs today and the freezer temperature was flashing at -15, the fridge seemed fine at 3 degrees, anyway after lots of shouting by my mum because apparently it was my fault :/…we turned the lot off at the plug, and then switched it back on, and the freezer said 4 degrees (no flashing) and the fridge keeps going from 3-5…but never stabalising.
Not really sure what else to do, I’m quite technical, but not with fridges/freezers…Hopefully somebody can offer some advice? thank you.
