Hi, I have an indesit is70c condenser dryer, everything was working fine two hours ago, but now, there is no heat when turned on, the drum is turning, but not heat. I have checked all the common things like water full, or condenser unit blocked, but all these appear o.k

I have taken off the back and checked the thermostats and heater, they don’t show any signs of burn out, but i have’nt checked them electrically.

I have also checked that the float isn’t sticking, this is ok.

any ideas? do you think that the thermostats are burnt out?

    thanks.

Should be what you need to read……. If you haven’t got a test meter, you can’t be sure, so you may risk throwing your money awat. Hint – Both thermostats are normally closed (ie just about zero resistance when split from the circuit.

    You pprobably need these:

    Power off if investigating.
