    Did a search and found exact same problem here

    Unfortunatley Gegsy sent an email, to the engineer with the problem, so have no idea what the answer was.

    Hoping Gegsy will see this, or anyone else any advice??

    Yes Greg all PDFs arrived ok. Thank you very much.

    Need now to get my head round the test progs, not easy at the moment as suffering from a head cold :rolls:

    I have seen this a couple of times. Dryer will show as starting , counter will decrease but no drum action. On both occasions it was the door lock gone faulty.

    Hi Guys.

    I have one of these to go to on monday.

    Customer reports husband has changed door switch but its still the same ie timer counts down but no drum rotation.

    Any ideas?.

    Any info?

    I have looked through my emails from Dec 2007 when Gegsy sent me the pdf for the machine, but cant find it 😳

    Three years have elapsed since then and I cannot remember if I solved the problem, so alas I can be of no help, Sorry.
