    fault flashing prewash light.

    What does this fault code refer to?

    Just checked with engineer.

    Cannot cancel or remove this error, tried disconnecting appliance, etc.
    As I cannot remove this, the washer wont work at all.
    Seems to be locked out, any idea how to unlock it?
